The Role:
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of store performance and team leadership:
* Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team
* Drive KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV and store profitability
* Deliver exceptional customer service standards
* Manage day-to-day operations, stock control and compliance
* Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards
