The HR Business Apprentice will provide essential administrative support to the HR Department, handling telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and efficient manner. They will play a key role in supporting the HR Team, dealing with the upkeep of basic HR Records both on the electronic HR System and in electronic personnel files, assist with issuing onboarding documentation and processing of change of details.\n\nThis is a 2-year fixed-term Modern Apprenticeship. As part of this Apprenticeship, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Scottish Vocational Qualification (SVQ) in Business and Administration at SCQF Level 6, delivered by North East Scotland College. Youâll gain hands-on experience in a busy international business environment, develop a wide range of transferable administrative and organisational skills, and work towards a recognised qualification while earning and learning on the job. This is a workplace-based qualification, and the successful candidate will be expected to complete all coursework as instructed and meet deadlines set by their college assessor. The candidate must be willing to travel to the Aberdeen City Campus when required for induction sessions, exams, or other essential activities related to the qualification.
