Due to project successes, we are looking for experienced Architectural Technologists / Technicians with proven Revit proficiency and experience of RIBA stages 3-5.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Architecture Studios working on residential-led mixed-use schemes across London. With key responsibilities and full exposure to all aspects of the projects, this role will push your career to the next level.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
* Assisting the Project Director on design documentation ensuring designs are Building Regulation compliant
* Primarily working in Stages 3 & 4 producing documentation for Tender & Construction
* Updating and managing the Revit model regularly
* Coordination of consultant services drawings and models
* Minute taking & site reports
* Site visits to inspect the progress of the works
* Liaise with contractor and specialist trade contractors
* Presence on site to monitor live projects and work with contractor teams to resolve queries
