Key Responsibilities
* Providing advice on a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
* Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, handling large-scale and intricate transactions for a diverse client base.
* Offering strategic guidance to clients in sectors such as retail, hospitality, real estate development, and corporate.
* Drafting and negotiating important legal documentation, including contracts, leases, and development agreements.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering commercially focused, practical legal solutions.
Looking for:
* Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 7+ years PQE in Commercial Property law.
* Proven experience managing complex commercial property transactions independently.
* A commercially aware, strategic thinker capable of providing sound legal advice aligned with clients’ business objectives.
