Your new company Hays Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a Warrington-based single form entry primary school as they are looking to appoint an experienced, motivated, and Level 2 qualified teaching assistant to support within their designated provision on a full-time temporary basis for the remainder of the academic year. This is an extremely exciting opportunity to join a welcoming and supportive school that has an extremely experienced and supportive senior leadership team. Within this role you will be joining a small class of 8 KS1 pupils that all have profound ASC (Autistic Spectrum Conditions) that do not have a capacity. You will work alongside the class teacher to promote an engaging and stimulating learning environment by taking a pupil-centred approach to education, ensuring that individual needs and responses are catered to. The pupils you will be supporting are not working at the KS1 national curriculum, with the majority having the mental capacity of children aged between 0 - 18.
