We are recruiting for an Audit and Accounts Senior to work within our Bromley office, assisting partners and managers in delivering statutory audit and accounts preparation services, and managing work allocation to audit trainees.
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning and delivering audit and accounts assignments.
2. Supervising junior staff during audits and reviewing their work.
3. Ensuring timely delivery of audit files to the assignment manager.
4. Managing client communication effectively.
5. Coaching staff for improved performance and technical development.
6. Mentoring audit and accounts trainees.
Experience Requirements
* Experience in private company audits, including planning, budgeting, risk identification, and execution.
* Knowledge of current auditing standards and techniques.
* Experience in statutory company accounts preparation under UK GAAP, including charities.
Qualifications
* ACA or ACCA qualified.
