Management AccountantStaines, SurreyHybrid
High-end multi-site business, who is experiencing significant growth, is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting time to be part of the business and part of their successful growth.
Key responsibilities
* Complete relevant month-end close procedures
* Balance sheet and NL journals (including accruals, prepayments, agency and deposit reconciliation)
* Produce monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance sheet and Cashflow) to a strict deadline and provide commentary
* Monthly variance analysis and investigation of the management accounts against budget and actual
* Assist with external audit and corporation tax compliance
* Assist with budget process for each company in the group
* Build relationships with finance at each site, including occasional site visits
* Assist in the ongoing review and monitoring of internal controls
Experience
* Part Qualified/Studier - ACA/ACCA/CIMA with experience in a group / multi-site structure
* Ability to manage own workload efficiently
* Deadline orientated
* Self-motivated and able to work effectively with limited supervision
* Strong IT skills including MS Excel
* Confident character with clear and concise communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Knowledge of NetSuite would be useful but is not essential
