We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join a dedicated multidisciplinary team in Liverpool. Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions to patients with a wide range of conditions.

Work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised care plans.

Support patients in achieving independence in daily living skills through goal-oriented treatment plans.
*
Supervise and support junior staff, students, or Band 5 OTs as required.
*
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with professional and local standards.
*
Participate in regular team meetings, service development initiatives, and CPD opportunities.
*
Ensure effective discharge planning and contribute to safe and timely transitions of care.
Requirements:
*
Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy.
*
HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
*
Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, ideally in an NHS or similar clinical setting.
*
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organisational skills.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
*
Previous experience in [e.g., acute, mental health, neuro, community rehab – tailor depending on the setting].
