Responsibilities: In this role, you will be providing high-quality 1st and 2nd line IT support across our organization, ensuring a high level of customer service in line with ITIL principles. Your tasks will include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently. You will be responsible for building, configuring, and deploying laptops, mobile phones, and tablets, ensuring smooth device lifecycle management. Additionally, you will perform system administration tasks, including user management in Active Directory and Exchange. Maintaining accurate records of IT issues, resolutions, and asset management will be crucial, as well as supporting mobile device and application management across Microsoft, Apple, and Android platforms.
