What you'll be doing:
1. Ensure manufacturing processes comply with all HSE standards and support Zero Harm.
2. Ensure processes meet design intent and specifications; proactively address safety issues.
3. Drive a zero-defect culture and Right First Time performance; ensure compliance with RRMS, SABRe and all regulatory/technical requirements.
4. Apply and oversee manufacturing process controls; act as MEA/PCA signatory where authorised.
5. Identify and develop improved manufacturing processes, digital systems and technologies.
