Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher: Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across EYFS–KS2. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners, including those with SEND. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback. Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and school leadership. Requirements for the Primary Teacher role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (placements considered for ECTs). Excellent classroom and behaviour management. Strong communication and organisational skills. An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education.
