They are now looking for an experienced, dedicated Nursery Manager to lead their team and uphold the high standards that have earned the setting consistent Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings. As Nursery Manager, you will take the lead in managing the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting your team to deliver exceptional care and education. With a strong emphasis on outdoor learning and child-led play, the setting provides a creative and engaging environment where children can explore, grow, and develop confidently. What You’ll Need A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification Proven experience as a Nursery Manager in a regulated early years setting Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and experience in leading inspections A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A passion for early childhood education, particularly outdoor learning and nature-based play A genuine commitment to inclusion, equality, and high-quality care for all children Why Work Here?
