Facilities Coordinator – Glasgow, Full time
40 hours/week – Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Salary: £14.70 per hour + Sodexo employee benefits package.

What You'll Do
 * Oversee onsite contractors and ensure safety compliance.
 * Carry out regular audits and support Business Continuity plans.
 * Manage building and door access passes.
 * Liaise with landlords on security, maintenance, and service charges.
 * Support environmental audits and ISO 14001 compliance.
 * Help with events, moves, and occasional reception cover.
What You'll Bring
 * 2+ years in a facilities, office, or similar role.
 * Experience supervising hard and soft services.
 * Strong knowledge of Health & Safety (NEBOSH or equivalent a plus).
 * Organised, approachable, and able to handle multiple priorities.
