About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Motability Sales Executive to join our BMW team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help customers with disabilities find the right vehicle to enhance their mobility and independence.
As a Motability Sales Executive, you'll provide expert advice and support to Motability customers, ensuring they receive an exceptional, personalised experience from their first enquiry through to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a first-class customer experience for Motability customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
* Guide customers through the full Motability process, from eligibility checks and vehicle selection to applications and delivery.
* Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BMW products, features, and Motability scheme updates.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues across sales, service, and administration to ensure a seamless customer journey.
About You
* Previous sales experience, within the automotive industry and also to have sold Motability Vehicles before.
* A genuine passion for customer service and helping people.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence.
