What You’ll Do
* Delight Premium Card Members with unforgettable travel experiences.
* Understand customer needs through consultation and deliver innovative, multi‑channel interactions.
* Research, plan, and execute personalized travel & lifestyle experiences, booking domestic and international flights, car and hotel travel arrangements, and lifestyle events.
* Communicate new and existing product offerings and value propositions to card members.
* Place the Card Member’s experience at the forefront of everything you do, reinforcing our Membership First™ approach.
Minimum Qualifications
* Proven ability to provide premium customer service, ideally in a call‑centre environment.
* Experience in hospitality, concierge/lifestyle, high‑end customer service, or sales roles.
* Good geography knowledge with ability to locate continents and travel destinations worldwide.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn, demonstrate optimism and teamwork.
* Strong communication skills with active listening and adaptable conversation style.
* Tech‑savvy, comfortable using computers, PC and basic MS Office.
* Results‑driven with a healthy drive to meet and exceed goals.
* Experience in travel agency, travel reservations, cruise, or tour industry is a plus.
Hybrid Working Guidelines
* Located in the UK.
* Secure home office with a confirmed address, free from background noise or distractions.
* Internet service must meet a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload (speed check online).
