Our client is currently looking for a Front of House Receptionist. You will be responsible for covering the main Reception area and providing a professional and welcoming atmosphere to visitors and staff. Working 8.30am -1pm Monday – Friday 22.5 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities for Receptionist include;
* Meet and greet all visitors, ensuring the office looks professional at all times
* Issue security / visitors passes
* The role involves managing the meeting rooms, ensure all meeting rooms are kept clean and well stocked with pens/pads/water
* Support with organization and set up of meetings for events and displays
* Responsible for dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, including special delivery
* Provide general admin support including typing, filing and ad hoc duties will be
* Monitor CCTV activity and report issues to Facilities Manager and Park security.
* Raise Facility related Purchase Orders and support Facilities Manager with raising POs for other non-facility departments by request
Key skills required for Receptionist include;
* Professional and friendly disposition
* Proactive and on the ball
* Excellent organisational skills
* Competent with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
