Our Children Residential Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Apple Tree Bungalow in Swinderby, Lincoln
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Life Practitioner to support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. As a Life Practitioner you will provide essential support with daily activities and accompany them on trips into the community.
We provide a company vehicle that can be used to transport the people we support to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments and outings. To drive the company vehicle you must have held a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
Starting rates are £12.71 for Level 1, £13.10 for Level 2 and £13.60 for Level 3. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework and unlock pathways to increased hourly rates.
