Job Description
1. Producing applications, accounts and invoices accurately and within agreed timescales across planned maintenance projects in Wolverhampton
2. Monitoring commercial performance and exercising effective cost control to ensure the Site Surveyor function operates efficiently and profitably
3. Managing commercial WIP and debt levels in line with company and client targets within the social housing sector
4. Liaising with client representatives across Wolverhampton and the wider Midlands region to ensure contractual compliance and service delivery standards are achieved
5. Supporting monthly management reporting, valuations and invoice production within 9 calendar days of works completion for planned maintenance contracts
Skills / Qualifications
6. Experience as a Site Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Surveyor within the social housing or planned maintenance sector
7. Financial and commercial awareness with strong cost control and reporting experience in Wolverhampton or surrounding areas
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships
9. Knowledge of maintenance and property management legislation relevant to planned works and housing contracts
10. Full UK driving licence essential due to travel between office locations and client sites across the Midlands
