Glasgow (Office-based) – Up to £30,000 DOE + benefits

The Role
Working closely with Financial Advisers, you'll provide full administrative support across a range of financial planning activities. This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same.
* Preparing client meeting packs and supporting documentation
* Liaising with providers and platforms to obtain information and process business
* Managing adviser diaries and coordinating appointments
* Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
* Handling client and provider queries in a professional and timely manner
* Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the office
About You
* Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a similar financial services support role
* Experience using Intelligent Office (IO)
* Confident dealing with providers and investment platforms
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and a client‑first mindset
* Able to prioritise workload and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
