About The Role
* Support stores to achieve sales targets and profitability in line with budget
* Ensure all stores provide outstanding customer service
* Create and maintain effective relationships between stores and Head Office
* Implement, monitor, and maintain store, Health & Safety, and company standards
* Mentor, train, and support store managers to effectively manage their store
* Motivate and drive performance through structured store visits
* Contribute to sourcing, fitting, and opening stores and concessions as well as supporting store re-fits

Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Minimum 3-5 years in retail management or multi-site support roles.
* Proven track record in driving operational excellence and achieving KPIs.
* Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems. xlqdzyr
* Flexibility to travel across the assigned area.
* This role requires regular travel and overnight stays away from home
* Expectation to attend Head Office as and when required
