Job Description Job Title: Administrator Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Location: Ellesmere Port Salary: £12.50p/h HRGO is currently recruiting for an administrator to join a manufacturing company. You will be working with a small team of administrators within the company on-site. Key responsibilities: Provide administrative support to Production Staff. Execute Print Ranges using computer systems multiple times per day. Print and match all required paperwork with each order. Update order status within the computer system. Deliver orders to Production Work Cells or designated areas. Manage the Production Calendar/Schedules and coordinate with Production Management/Supervisors to meet customer or order requirements. Act as liaison between Production and Sales, ensuring clear communication on order status and Production Commitments. Review and respond to daily expedite emails from Sales/Contracts in a timely manner. Participate in Safety, Quality, CCIP, and other employee-related meetings. Provide backup support for Shipping-IPs and Receiving Inspector. Assist in other areas as needed to support Production activities.
