What you'll do as a Teaching Assistant:
Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
Help create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed
Encourage children's independence, curiosity, and confidence
What we're looking for:
Experience working with children (school, nursery, or childcare)
A genuine passion for supporting pupils' learning and development
A flexible and proactive approach to work
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
