Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Gas Service Engineer at Viessmann, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. You’ll be responsible for completing warranty and chargeable repairs, providing product training, and collaborating with our Sales Team to drive growth across the UK.
This is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to work autonomously, solve problems, and ensure top-notch customer service in every interaction. You’ll be working from home, starting and finishing your day at your own location while covering a wide geographical area to meet our customers’ needs. A valid driver’s license is essential for this role.
Your Responsibilities:
* Complete warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns
* Maintain accurate records of performance reports
* Deliver engaging product training to staff and customers
* Support the Sales Team in developing sales across the UK
* Provide best-in-class customer service on-site in residential properties
What We’re Looking For:
* ACS Qualified gas engineer (CCN1 / CENWAT Mandatory)
* Proven technical expertise gained through industry experience
* High attention to detail and a confident, adaptable work style
* Excellent communication skills
* A knack for building strong relationships with clients
