The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in commercial insurance, particularly in Property Owners and Tradesman policies. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to join a growing business where hard work and success are truly rewarded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell a range of market-leading commercial insurance products to prospective clients.
* Retain repeat business through excellent service and relationship management.
* Provide advice on policies tailored to client needs, ensuring FCA compliance.
* Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Work on warm sales leads provided.
* Ability to generate own leads.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven track record in sales, customer service, or account management.
* Direct experience in commercial insurance (Property Owners, Tradesman, etc.) is essential.
* A driven, hungry, and enthusiastic sales approach with the determination to succeed.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Cert CII qualification (or working towards it) is desirable – full funding and support provided.
* Knowledge of Acturis software is advantage.
