Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive eye examinations to a high clinical standard.
Provide accurate diagnoses and manage a wide range of ocular conditions.
Use advanced diagnostic equipment, including OCT, to support clinical decision-making.
Offer patient-focused care and clear communication throughout the patient journey.
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with regulatory and professional standards.
Identify and refer patients appropriately for further investigation or treatment.
Support contact lens services and aftercare where required.
Uphold excellent standards of customer service and clinical governance.
Team Development:
Work collaboratively within a close-knit and supportive clinical team.
Build strong professional relationships with colleagues across the practice.
Contribute positively to team culture and shared clinical goals.
Support training and development of colleagues where appropriate.
Engage in continuous professional development and shared learning activities.
About You:
Fully qualified and GOC registered Optometrist.
Strong clinical judgement with a commitment to best practice.
Patient-focused with excellent communication skills.
Confident, proactive, and comfortable working in a hands-on clinical role.
Enthusiastic about learning and professional development.
Able to integrate well into a team and contribute to practice growth.
Eligible to obtain a work permit (support provided).
