Description
* Provide assistance in handling daily accounting and finance tasks with a wide range of SME Clients
* Support in preparing financial reports and statements
* Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable
* Creating tax summaries for clients.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
* Support the auditing processes
* Coordinate with the team to improve financial processes
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
* Educational qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Relevant experience
* Available to work in or travel to Dunfermline.
* Good understanding of accounting and financial principles
* Proficiency in accounting software
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
