The Role Farnborough International is looking for an ambitious, proactive, and hands on Publisher to strengthen its digital news channel (AGN: Aerospace Global News). They will play a vital role in evolving the AGN brand for an audience who look to Farnborough for objective and authoritative guidance on the issues impacting the aerospace industry. This will be a highly visible and important hire – the Publisher will be a key component in a comprehensive investment and strategic alignment programme ensuring that AGN output is worldclass and will necessitate frequent international travel. Farnborough International and its parent company ADS Ltd aspire to launch additional publications (digital and print) and the Publisher must be familiar with the challenges and opportunities this expansion of assets involves. The Publisher will be expected to lead this process. The Candidate We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Publisher with proven experience in driving impactful campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will hold a BS/MS degree and possess a strong background in digital marketing, print media, and magazine production. You will have demonstrable expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, as well as optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing, Google Analytics, and other website analytics tools is essential, along with experience in Google Ads campaign setup and optimization. A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and ad-serving tools, combined with strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, is required.
