Ansell is looking for a Key Account Specialist Distribution to join our Commercial Industrial & Scientific Unit in the United Kingdom.
In this position you will play a vital role in planning, directing, controlling, and coordinating sales development activities for Ansell products, solutions, and services with designated Key Accounts (distributors).
Please note that no relocation assistance will be provided for this position.

What your role will be?
Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Senior Regional Sales Manager UK & Eire, you will have the opportunity to:
· Develop and implement growth strategies for assigned accounts in alignment with country and company priorities.
· Coordinate with the Ansell sales team to ensure cohesive service delivery.
· Manage relationships with key accounts, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders and maximising the collaboration.
· Ensuring the optimum Ansell product portfolio solution is implemented to drive long-term profitable growth (New Product Developments, Innovation, category reviews).
What will you bring to Ansell?
· Demonstrated knowledge in selling through distributors and end-users.
· Proven experience in key account management and sales development.
· Strong expertise in consultative selling-like methodologies.
· Knowledge of a PPE industry a plus.
· Languages (Fluency in English).
· This role requires frequent domestic travel.
