Qualifications and Requirements
* Competent Area Manager or existing Brigade Manager.
* Qualified to Fire Service Incident Command Level 4 and Multi‑Agency Gold Incident Command (MAGIC).
* Competent to participate in the Principal Officers on‑call rota.
* Resilience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and lead.
