The Role: We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our sales team as a Energy Sales Executive within our high-activity, outbound role focused on generating and qualifying new business opportunities. This is a high-volume, high-reward role ideal for someone experienced in cold calling and closing B2B deals. You Will Be Responsible for: Speaking to UK business decision makers via outbound cold calling Identifying decision-makers and starting conversations around qualification of opportunity Things you will discuss (supplier, contract position, renewal window) Securing key information such as energy bills/data Passing qualified opportunities through to the pricing team to negotiate and close fixed term energy contracts Present energy procurement solutions across our panel of UK suppliers This is a target-driven, phone based role where consistency and resilience are critical. What We Are Looking for: Experienced in outbound B2B/Energy Brokerage/TPI sales or call centre environments Comfortable handling rejection and objection handling daily Target-driven with a strong work ethic Confident communicator with a proactive approach Ability to work in a structured, performance-led environment.
