The role in 60 seconds

What you’ll do

As a paralegal, you will be part of a specialist team dedicated to supporting survivors of abuse and those failed by public authorities.

* Attendandtake notesof meetings, as well asattendcourt/conferences with counsel.
* Draftrelevant documentation andprovidelegal and administrative support to senior lawyers.
* Carry outresearch into quantum, legislation, and case law.
* Assistwith business development where appropriate.
* Supportthe team with file management.
* Takenew enquiries anddealwith other professionals and clients as required.


What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and brings:

* Basic knowledge/interest in personal injury.
* Experience of dealing with client information with tact and sensitivity, and the ability to discuss matters with clients in a sympathetic manner.
* A highly flexible approach and the ability to work well and flourish in a team environment.
* Excellent all-round communication skills, including the capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Excellent IT skills with an in-depth knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Great time management and organisational ability.
