Senior Residential Support Worker at Aspris. Our home in Ayr is recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to join the team and support day-to-day operations, engagement with each child’s plan, and delivery of high standards of care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services.
* Engage in and manage each child’s plan, ensuring plans are managed with high standards of care and professionalism.
Qualifications
* SVQ3 qualification in Children and Young People (or equivalent).
* Prepared to work towards SVQ4 within the time frame set out by SSSC.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence due to transporting young people to external locations.
