Commercial Manager Location: North West (Regional Role) My client, a respected organisation operating within the housing partnerships and social housing sector, is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations across the North West. This senior leadership role will oversee a team of Managing QS and play a pivotal part in the delivery of new build housing and wider partnership schemes. The Role As Commercial Manager, you will oversee commercial performance across multiple projects, ensuring accuracy in reporting, strong cost control, and alignment with business objectives. You will mentor and guide a team of MQS while collaborating closely with operational and pre-construction teams to drive successful project outcomes.
