The role
* Managing a caseload of c.45–60 residential property files from instruction through to completion
* Working with a highly streamlined in-house case management system, designed specifically for remote working
* Handling a varied mix of sale, purchase, new build, remortgage, transfer of equity and leasehold matters
* Taking responsibility for client communication, exchanges, and completions with autonomy and confidence
* Joining a supportive team of 5–6 lawyers with daily video catch-ups and hands-on access to directors
What they’re looking for
* A qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILEX, or an experienced non-qualified conveyancer
* Strong technical knowledge across freehold and leasehold transactions
* A tech-savvy, proactive approach with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
* Confidence in building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike

* Salary: £30k–£50k
* Quarterly fee-share bonus: 25% on everything billed above target
