Overview
An opportunity has arisen for PCN 3 to recruit GPA roles who will work within a new PCN Docman Workflow Hub which seeks to effectively process and manage practice workflow at scale via the PCN. They require enthusiastic General Practice Assistants (GPAs) who will complement the team through an enhanced passion and commitment to the delivery of high-quality patient services and to the wider agenda of team working.
PCN 3 consists of 7 GP practices serving a diverse population of over 70,000 patients in and around Barnet. They enjoy excellent collaborative working relationships. The practices are all high-achieving and innovative training practices, and their ethos is to develop the PCN with a focus on high quality, holistic patient care. They have a strong PCN leadership team consisting of a Clinical Director & Head of Business who are aspirational and transformational.
About the PCN and team
They have a rich diversity of PCN staff who aim to provide a personalised care approach for patients, including Pharmacists, Nursing Associate, First Contact Physiotherapists, Pharmacy Technicians, Care Coordinators, Health and Wellbeing Coaches and Social Prescribers working alongside GPs, nurses and extended practice teams.
Requirements
Please note you must have UK registration or a right to work in the UK. We do not provide any form of sponsorship or work visas. The General Practice Assistant (GPA) will support the smooth running of the PCN\s clinics by performing the more routine administration and clinical tasks on behalf of the GPs, freeing up their time to focus on the patient.
