The Job: Master Technician Diagnose complex symptoms across the whole range of vehicle systems, as well as conduct routine service & repairs Observe, recognise and report on vehicle or component defects or symptoms of impending failure. Examine vehicles completely and report orally or in writing upon the vehicles condition, safety and reliability and performance (MOT) Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements Provide expert technical advice to customers when necessary, ensuring clear and professional communication Maintain exceptional customer service standards, fostering trust that leads to repeat business and referrals Collaborate effectively with the service reception team and workshop control for seamless workflow and customer satisfaction Job Experience: Master Technician NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification and a Master Technician qualification Thorough understanding of vehicle safety standards and guidelines Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work Must have a Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair If you are an experienced Master Technician / Mechanic and you are interested in applying for this position, then please contact Rochelle at Clear Automotive on 07808841875.
