Location: Bromsgrove Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 + Car Allowance OTE: £52,000 (Year 1)
Are you an experienced recruitment professional looking to advance your career with a well-established agency? We're seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our thriving team in Bromsgrove, specialising in Industrial and Manufacturing roles across the Midlands and Birmingham regions.
About the Role: Working with leading manufacturing and logistics businesses, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Your expertise will be crucial in driving our continued growth in the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients across the manufacturing and logistics sectors
2. Source and place high-calibre candidates in permanent and temporary positions
3. Provide comprehensive recruitment solutions to meet client requirements
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
5. Hit and exceed revenue targets
6. Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
