Offer description

Agility Resourcing are delighted to be working with one of our oldest clients to find them their next Accounts Clerk. You will have a proven track record within accounts with the ability to provide excellent customer service. My clients are looking for a real team player with strong communication skills.

Your responsibilities:

* Dealing with customer invoicing queries and taking payments
* Raising customer invoices and purchase orders
* Liaising with company finance team to ensure important information is delivered within a timely manner
* Daily banking and departmental administration
* Keep the CRM up to date and gather documentation from new customers
* Maintaining customer relations via phone, email or in person
* Other ad hoc duties when required.

Person specification:

* AAT qualified or QBE
* Strong Excel knowledge
* High attention to detail
* Team player
* Able to take own initiative
