The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our Performance Management Reporting team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality performance analysis and insights that support decision-making across the Group. You’ll play a key role in evaluating business performance, identifying trends, and translating complex data into actionable insights that drive success.
Your new role
* Lead the delivery of Group management results, ensuring alignment with internal and external reporting requirements
* Partner with divisional Finance and business teams to understand underlying performance trends and ensure a lignment with Group Performance Objectives
* Analyse performance trends, identify key risks and opportunities, and translate findings into strategic insights for inform decision -making
* Build strong relationships with Group Senior stakeholders t o shape reporting that evolves with the business needs
* Champion continuous improvement in analytics, reporting processes and data quality to deliver high-impact reports and dashboards to drive operational efficiencies
* Provide coaching and mentoring to analyst, supporting their professional growth and career development
About you
* Experienced in Financial Services or Corporate Finance, ideally within the insurance sector
* Analytical thinker with a structured approach to solving complex problems
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
* Adaptable and hands-on, comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Technically proficient in finance, accounting, or actuarial analysis
* Detail-oriented with a passion for turning data into meaningful insights
