My client in Mullion, near Helston, are seeking a Sous Chef to join their current kitchen team. The hotel has extensive leisure and spa facilities, a stunning location, and offers exceptional service and an all-round luxury experience to its guests. As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen as well as helping to lead the brigade in the Head Chef's absence. It is imperative that you have a strong and steady rosette background in similar establishments and be confident and capable of running all sections. You will also be able to help lead a strong and passionate team.
