Job Title: Paint Sprayer Vehicle Interiors & Exteriors
Location: Northamptonshire
Start Date: Monday, 28th April 2025
Contract Length: 10 weeks initially (with potential 20-week extension)
Rate: £23 per hour (Outside IR35)
Overview:
We are currently recruiting skilled Paint Sprayers to work on an exciting refurbishment project involving the interior and exterior of large, complex vehicles. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a professional finish across high-traffic surfaces. Doing Smart repairs and touch up work.
Previous experience spraying and preparing surfaces on the following is considered highly transferable:
Rolling Stock/Rail
Aircraft
HGVs
Buses or Coaches
Construction or Agricultural Machinery
Marine or Defence vehicles

Schedule:
MondayThursday: 07:30 18:00 (10 hrs paid, minus 30 min break)
Friday: 07:30 12:30 (5 hrs paid)
Total: 45 paid hours per week
Duration: Initial 10-week contract (28/04/25 early July)
Possibility of extension for an additional 20 weeks
Medical Requirements: Candidates must complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test prior to starting.
