What You'll Be Doing
This isn't your typical customer service role. Yes, you'll support our customers — but you'll also play a key part in improving how we work and helping shape our future.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Providing remote support for our tech-based products and systems
* Monitoring customer accounts and taking proactive action
* Following up on queries and ensuring timely resolutions
* Escalating and resolving technical issues with internal teams
* Scheduling engineer visits and providing quotes
* Creating sales orders and processing completed visits
* Documenting support actions in our CRM system
* Building strong relationships through professional communication
* Contributing to operational and cross-functional projects — from process improvements to system upgrades
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who's:
* Experienced in customer service (3+ years)
* A natural problem-solver with great communication skills
* Comfortable working with technology and digital tools
* Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented
* Keen to get involved in wider business initiatives
