Tender Manager – Service & Installation UK & Ireland

NKT is a global leader in power cable technology, delivering turnkey and life-cycle cable solutions that connect energy infrastructure across Europe and the World. We’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tender Manager to join our Service & Installation cable business in the UK and Ireland.
As a Tender Manager, you will lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality bids and tenders for Service UK&I projects and Service Level Agreements.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead with the co-ordination, preparation and submission of high quality tenders for Service & Installation scopes and Service Level Agreements.
2. Support Sales Manager with sales efforts and business development activities.
3. Promote NKT’s multiple capabilities across Service Business Line and ensure engineering excellence and value in all tenders.
4. Negotiate terms and conditions with support from NKT’s Legal Team.
5. Provide client feedback and market intelligence to internal teams and leaders.
What You’ll Bring
6. Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
7. Proven experience in bid/tender management (energy/infrastructure preferred)
8. Strong understanding of commercial and contractual terms
9. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
10. Proficiency in MS Office and bid management tools
11. HSE awareness and ability to travel occasionally across UK & Ireland

As a pre-requisite for application, candidates must have the right to work in the UK, and hold a current and valid passport. Existing NKT product experience would be desirable but not necessary. Ability to travel UK wide will be essential with occasional overseas deployments for both training and short term project work.
