Your new role As a Joinery Production Supervisor, you will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day leadership of a team of joiners, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will plan, allocate and communicate tasks clearly to your team while monitoring progress, identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep production on track. Quality will remain central to your role as you review output, provide constructive feedback and drive continual improvement. You will play a key part in ensuring all health and safety requirements are met, promoting best practice and leading by example on the workshop floor. In addition, you will coach and mentor joiners at various levels, supporting their development and helping them reach their full potential. What you'll need to succeed You will have either an NVQ Level 3 in Joinery or a minimum of three years' experience supervising or leading teams in a joinery production environment. You will bring strong technical knowledge, practical skills and an organised, methodical approach to your work. Excellent communication and people management skills are essential, along with the ability to motivate others, multitask effectively and uphold exceptional standards of quality and attention to detail. You will be proactive, solutions focused and confident in taking initiative to resolve issues as they arise.
