You’ll support pupils with varying abilities—those who need to catch up, stretch further, or build confidence ahead of SATs. You’ll liaise with class teachers to track progress and tailor your support to individual needs.The CandidateYou’re a graduate with a strong academic background and a genuine interest in education. You’ll need clear communication skills, patience, and the ability to explain concepts in a calm, engaging way. This role suits those aiming for a future in teaching, educational psychology, or school-based support.
