Real Estate Investment Analyst | London | High-Impact, ESG-Driven Investing
We're hiring a Real Estate Investment Analyst to join a fast-growing, impact-driven investment manager based in Central London. They operate a vertically integrated model and are backed by long-term family office capital - with decisions made in-house.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in a lean team that's raised capital and has been actively doing deals in a challenging market. You'll work directly with senior investors, gain full lifecycle experience, and be involved in live transactions from day one. The team has low turnover, is non-hierarchical and collaborative.

What you'll do:
* Underwrite and model new investment opportunities
* Prepare IC presentations and support investment decisions
* Track deals from acquisition through to asset management
* Maintain portfolio models and support financial reporting
* Assist with debt structuring and investor presentations
* Conduct market research and collaborate across acquisition and asset management teams
About you:
* 1–3 years' experience in real estate investment, private equity, or investment banking
* Central London office exposure essential; industrial or logistics useful
* Strong financial modelling and underwriting skills in Excel
* Strong on detail, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong communicator and collaborative team player
