Class 2 HGV Driver - Ongoing Work with a Prestigious Client in Southampton
Start Time: 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM | Days: Monday to Friday | Duration: Temp 2 Perm
Driver Hire Winchester is looking for reliable and hardworking Class 2 (Cat C) HGV Drivers to work with a well-known and respected client in the Southampton area. If you enjoy early starts, hands-on work, and being part of a professional team - this role is for you.
The Role
you’ll play an essential part in keeping our local communities clean and safe, working as part of a team collecting refuse bags from residential routes.
Duties
* Driving a Class 2 dustcart vehicle
* Working alongside a crew to collect bin bags
* Following a fixed route and completing collections on time
* Physical work - lifting and loading bags into the vehicle
Requirements
* A full UK driving licence
* A valid Cat C (Class 2) HGV licence
* A valid CPC card and Digi Tacho
* Good physical fitness and stamina
* At least 6 months\' Class 2 driving experience
* Your own transport to commute to the site
* Excellent punctuality and reliability
