We are looking for dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our enthusiastic, innovative, and expanding teams. These roles offer opportunities to develop clinical experience, knowledge, and leadership skills.
Posts are available across the following wards: Newton, Dee, Windsor, Fern Wards.
The post holder will be responsible for providing high-quality assessments, delivering treatment interventions, and evaluating outcomes for individuals with complex needs. They will utilize and develop specialist knowledge to provide professional, up-to-date interventions within a designated Occupational Therapy Service, and assist in the organizational development, coordination, and evaluation of the service in conjunction with the Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist, Professional Lead for Occupational Therapy, and relevant Team/Service Manager.
The post holder will contribute to an environment that collaborates with local services to provide evidence-based assessment and care, using the Model of Human Occupation, within the context of the patient journey. They will continue their own professional development and support the development of other Occupational Therapy staff. A flexible approach to working hours is required to meet client needs.
