Are you looking for a local SME business seeking a Bookkeeper or Finance Manager to run their finance function in a sole charge role? This role is a great opportunity for someone who has studied or has experience in either accounting, bookkeeping/equivalent and looking for a hands-on role within a growing SME. Currently looking for a finance professional to manage their day-to-day finance & management accounts preparation. This can be suited to someone either 4 or 5 days per week.

Requirements:
1. Responsible for transactional finance (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/bank/payroll/expenses etc.) and month-end processes.
2. Reconciliation of the above and follow ups where necessary
3. Preparing Management Accounts
4. Reconciliation of the Management Information data from bank accounts to internal system
5. Preparing management accounts
6. Running reports from various systems
7. Ensure payments to insurers, payments from clients and payments to suppliers are kept up to date
8. Dealing with incoming email queries/communicating with suppliers
9. Reconciliation of all bank accounts, commissions etc
10. Assist Head of Finance with Year-end accounts, audits and budgeting
