This is a great opportunity to join the team Our small but busy team are at the centre of the NMRN and provide finance support for both sales and purchasing across all our sites. Our Finance Assistant is vital to the team by supporting with general finance queries and helping to provide good customer service to our internal colleagues and external customers/suppliers. We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team and undertake a variety of administrative tasks such as: Updating sales/purchase ledger details, checking purchase ledger statements, opening supplier accounts, disposal of credit cards and gift aid storage, ordering change, opening post/scanning, using our purchase ordering portal for checking against invoices and general administrative tasks. They will also oversee the administration of a busy finance inbox to process the incoming enquiries ensuring timely responses and continuity is provided. What you can bring: Experience working across a range of administrative tasks and operating Windows-based software including Excel. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Experience of working in an administrative role within a busy working environment. Organisation skills with the ability to work methodically and have high attention to detail. Strong team player who can work well in our small but busy team, whilst also being proactive and using own initiative.
